What I can take off your plate.

Six things I do, described by the problem each one solves. Not sure which you need? Describe the situation and I will tell you.

What I do

  • AODA compliance

You have an accessibility obligation and no clear answer to “where do we actually stand?” — measured against WCAG, with a fix list in priority order.

From $2,500 · for the position check; the conformance audit is quoted separately

  • Website redesign

Your site is dated, slow, or a pain to change — rebuilt on modern rails without losing the search traffic you already have.

    From $8,000 · per project

  • Web development & delivery

A content-heavy site built properly, by one senior person who stays accountable from scope to launch.

    From $6,000 · per project

  • SEO audit

You are spending on search and cannot tell what is working — a diagnosis of what is holding the site back, ranked by what it is worth fixing.

    From $2,500 · or $1,200–2,500/mo ongoing

  • Google Ads & analytics

Ad budget goes out and nobody can say which spend produced work — campaigns and tracking built so the numbers mean something.

From $625 · for the build; management 15% of spend, min $750/mo

  • Website care

The site launched and then slowly rotted — kept updated, monitored, accessible and actually maintained.

    From $249/mo · ongoing retainer

How the work is priced

Fixed price for projects, once scoped — you should not carry the cost of my estimate being wrong. Monthly retainers for the ongoing work. A day rate of $1,000–1,200 for small ad-hoc pieces where a project would be overkill.

Prices are in Canadian dollars with no sales tax (small supplier). Ranges firm up once we have scoped the actual job. Payment by invoice — e-transfer or direct deposit — or by card if that is easier.

Not sure which one you need?

That is normal, and picking wrong is expensive. Describe the situation and I will tell you which of these actually applies — including when the answer is none of them.
